Raised in Akranes, a small town in the country of fire and ice; Iceland. Later lived in Reykjavik to do my studies in Political Science, and have now moved to London to do a masters Philosophy and Public Policy at the London School of Economics.

I am open minded, curious, easy going and ambitious about the tasks I take on. I drink a lot of coffee and beer, and I enjoy people who share that affection.

I enjoy talking about politics and hearing about how other people experience the political environment in their country. So if you are interested in politics, good films or indie music, we could get along just fine.

I love hearing about other people's view on the world, politics and the society they live in. Especially love hearing from people who have strong opinions, and can reason for them.

Most of all I love learning about new diverse things and getting to know new people.

I love travelling (like every other couchsurfer). I love experiencing different cities, but I still would always prefer the countryside and nature.

Kubrick, Tarantino and the Coen brothers are favorites when it comes to movies.

In general I have to admit a peculiar interest in sci-fi, zombie, political-fiction, world-ending and dystopian movies and books.

Favorite music genres include indie rock, indie pop, post rock, Nordic music, jazz - and preferably a mix of all.
