I'm a creative person, and I love to write and draw especially. I am Australian and have been told I'm a typical one - I'm smiley, sociable, open, friendly and don't take myself too seriously. I also love Australia and can't wait to host people when I move back and show them how amazing it is!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have a couple of creative projects that I'm working on now as well as writing news for a website called The Inquisitr, which I can do from anywhere. So... I'm moving to Europe and hoping to meet some cool people while I travel for the first few months :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm quite an electronic music person, but have very eclectic taste so a little bit of everything is to be found on my iPod. I love Judd Apatow, Sophia Coppolla and the occasional Disney movie. My favourite book might be The Goldfinch by Donna Tartt.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing I've done was travelling in the Northern Territory in Australia. It is the most spectacular place I've ever seen, and I could have stayed for months if I didn't have to work... I drove through the untouched outback and swam in rockpools at the top of waterfalls, floated through crystal clear springwater in the bush listening only to the breeze and the birds, and watched the sun set over a majestic plain from a sacred rock painted by the world's oldest human race (Lion King style). I will never forget it and I'll always fight to save this country from the damages of climate change!

I love to learn pieces of other languages, aspects of other cultures and about the lives of other people. I am fascinated by the differences and similarities I have found between myself and other people from completely different walks of life.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Because I am a creative and studied in the arts, I have learned a lot about western history and ideologies/theories throughout the modern era. I have a wealth of knowledge and things to offer in this realm of conversation, which I find is a very flexible one! I am also a great cook :)
