I'm Sally, a 24 year old woman from England, eager to travel the world and doing just that! I spend most of my time playing quidditch, which helps me in the travelling the world thing, as I go to tournaments all over Europe. I am also very much a lover of creative writing, and will spend most of my journeying time writing short stories, adding to my ongoing novel or just writing random scenes from never to be produced films.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on here because my wonderful partner introduced me to it, and considering how much travelling I have planned in the future I thought it would be a great way to meet new people in those places I will be travelling to, and will of course be offering my own services as a host when I can.

Interests

My main interest, as stated above, is quidditch. In real life, quidditch is a full contact, mixed gender sport. Now, I worry that when I said mixed gender you automatically assumed I meant boys and girls, and that's not the whole truth. I mean people of all genders. Cisgender, transgender, non binary, agender, gender fluid and all other identities are accepted and play together at the same time, on the same pitch. It's brilliant. Other interests include but are not limited to creative writing, music, tv, film, books, cooking and gaming.

Music, Movies, and Books

Oh my, um, that's a really hard decision. I love all things geeky, such as superheroes, Tolkien's works (Currently battling through the Silmarillion...), heavy metal music, musicals, Terry Pratchett's discworld. These are but a few, but they are all serious passions!
