HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

By offering a comfortable place to stay in Wanganui where you can visit the local attractions. I can't always be available to show you round as I do work...but enjoy doing so if I have time...I enjoy meeting new people and like to be helpful.I found in Thailand that people did not read my profile and just wanted a free 'bed'.. I'm not interested in those kind of people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Having had some experience now with couchsurfing in Thailand and getting myself settled back in Wanganui New Zealand I am able to open my house to one single woman(preferably older) who would like to meet and stay a couple of nights. Please say why you think we might get on.

Intereses

People make life interesting. I spend my time mostly working ( even though I only have a part time job).I enjoy scrabble, eating out and getting to know new people.I have recently taken up bead work , making jewellery, bag charms and bead hangings.I enjoy cooking, colouring and studying ancestry.

Enseña, aprende, comparte

Have travelled for the past 40 years but more recently lived in Chiang Mai, Thailand for 20 yrs. Now returned to Wanganui and have been here for 1 year. Love to share experiences. Always looking to learn, hence having just completed my Masters degree at age 60 yrs. Can share travel stories and learn new cultures.
