ABOUT ME

I am an International Yoga teacher specialized in ayurveda and holistic health, originally from Denmark, Copenhagen but I am based in Fuerteventura, Spain (Canary Islands). Apart from teaching I organize Yoga retreats in Spain and in Italy. I am also a writer and love to write about various subjects related to health, yoga and wellness.

As a person I am easygoing, laid-back and positive of nature. I enjoy exploring new places and have been all over Europe, lived in Israel, India, Spain and Italy.

I am fearless and live and breathe the way that feels right for me and not what the surroundings or society "expect" from me.

My passion is to teach, give and inspire people to live a healthier life through yoga, healthy foods and a healthy lifestyle.

I enjoy meeting people who are open, inspiring and positive. I can adapt to any country and culture, and I feel like a citizen of the world.
