Über mich

I'm an Okie native. Married

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I believe the people make the places you visit. You'll always learn more from those who take pride in where they live, and possibly make lifelong friends. You might even end up living together as roommates like I did!

Anything outdoors is where my heart finds its happiest moments, I have recently caught the running bug, & a good cup of coffee warms my belly and my heart.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I really dig the folk/bluegrass genre right now. Outdoor concerts are the best.

Locals will always have my heart: check out John Fullbright from and Samantha Crain (both from my beloved Oklahoma).

Reading allows you to escape to a whole new world, don't take it for granted like I did for the longest time.

Books: To Kill a Mockingbird, A River Runs Through It, any book by Tessa Afshar, many many more to come.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

A road trip from OK to AK with my best friend allowed me to check off a huge item on my bucket list before graduating college. I'll never forget it! So many new friends and so many memories.

The few years I spent at ECU in Ada, OK were some of the most amazing years of my life. I made friends with who I consider to be some of the most wonderful people in the world. I spent one scary summer lifeguarding at Turner Falls, worked at a gym, managed and worked as a barista in a coffee shop, learned how to ballroom dance, midnight jumped off 45' cliffs at the local quarries, spent nights watching the clouds/counting the stars, and made lifelong friendships.

Lehren, lernen, teilen

If there's one thing you must experience before leaving New Mexico, it's the food. Green, Red or Christmas? (if you don't know what I'm talking about, you will find out before you leave)

Was ich mit Gastgebern teilen kann

I'll help you find the best coffee shops, hiking spots, rock climbing, running trails, restaurants, people-anything I know is yours to access. Just ask, I'm an open book!
