I have just returned from another adventure in south east Asia where I make new friends with other couchsurfers and locals.

ABOUT ME

I'm a fun-loving Christian with a sense of adventure, a good sense of humour, I enjoy meeting new people and catching up with old friends. I really enjoy Asian food, long walks, horse riding (although I’m a bit old n rusty now) gardening, reading, cooking and watching a good movie on TV.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I caught up with some of my fellow CS during my I travels through Australia (2014), Asia and Africa (2015) and again in South East Asia in 2019. Not always to stay but just to meet other CS for a chat and to share stories. I had a great adventure and met many fellow travellers. 2023 & 24 stayed we my good friend in Bali where I helped out in practical ways. Looking forward to meeting new Couchsurfers in my future travels.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm a seasoned traveller and love meeting people of different cultures and trying their local cuisine. Those who I have met so far on my travels have been like family. I have been warmly welcomed and thoroughly blessed.

I enjoy travelling, meeting new people learning about different cultures and experiencing the local cuisine.
I also love my home especially my garden which I can spend hours in. We also have a great community here, friendly chatty neighbours and those we regularly see either at the beach or in the bush when out jogging.

I am a x mothercraft nurse which means I have experience with parents and children from birth to 5 yrs old. I enjoy sharing helpful tips on child raising and gardening since I have done a Horticulture course to assist my gardening and support as a volunteer in our community garden near where I live.
