Born in Canada but grew up in Florida and traveled the vast space in between and beyond. I live to travel and experience new cultures and meet new people. I have traveled around 8 countries and over 40 trips but I want to visit as many countries as possible in short life span. I graduated with a bachelors science in Biology from Florida Atlantic University and work as a dental assistant and I travel a lot and do not miss an opportunity to set aside time for myself just for traveling and visiting new places. I am a friendly person and an animal lover; owning two cats myself. I love to meet new people and am always interested in knowing the cultures of different countries and love to share and exchange travel experiences.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I love making new friends and have had the good fortune of being able to meet up with a few folks I've met here a month or years after the fact. Couchsurfing isn't free lodging, it's a cultural exchange.

As far as my own Couchsurfer etiquette, it never hurts to wash the dishes or take out the trash. It's amazing how appreciative people are of simple gestures. I personally try to contribute something, be it food or entertainment or just help around the house when surfing.

Interessen

I love human interactions. I am always excited to experience new cultures, beliefs and ideas, even if I'm not always comfortable with them or agree with them. I love most kinds of music and art, though I'm much more well versed in some than in others. I love the outdoors, be it camping, hiking, swimming, boating or any combination thereof. I enjoy the nightlife, though quite a bit less frequently than I used to.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

To list one would do an injustice to all the rest. Whether it be laying in a hammock watching the sunset in Cabo San Juan in Tayrona to watching it rise at the sun gate at Machupicchu there are plenty. I've been to a lot of destinations in this country and many others and I have been lucky enough to have experienced a vast sampling of what those places have to offer. The experience as a whole means the world to me. Living, learning and meeting others is what brings joy to my life.
