One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the most memorable experiences I've had was a 10-day Vipassana meditation retreat. No phone, no internet, just me and a group of others living in silence like monks in the jungle away from all the usual comforts and distractions. It was intense, peaceful, and eye-opening. Truly unforgettable!
