HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I read the forums, meet up with local Couch Surfers and use it as a benchmark when meeting people when im travelling.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Not surfed any couches yet, but had coffee and chats with other newbie surfers in my hometown and met surfers on my travels and its been all good! :) Everyone has the same mentality, which gives me a buzz

ooo, lots of things :) Most definately dancing and singing whenever i hear a beat... Relax with Pilates and Complementary therapies. My dad was a tailor, so ive always messed about and made things out of junk and fabric scraps. Recently got into jewellery making. Am a big fan of food and red wine. Love reading (in a book club in the UK) Swimming and cycling (clears my head) Researching my family tree, which gives me some potential places to visit and of course travelling!

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

I have abseiled down Battersea Power Station in London, UK for the landmine charity MAG and done a firewalk for a local charity on my 30th birthday.
I volunteered as a masseuse in the medical section of the Manchester 2002 Commonwealth games, treating the athletes from around the world
I have done lots of charity fun runs, race for life and santa dash :)

I have been a Complementary therapist for 17 years, so i can show you some massage techniques and blending essential oils. I love to share calm and peace, so i could give you a reiki treatment or reflexology session.
I used to own a cafe, so i can make a mean little milky mocha ;)
