Favorite book of all time is On the Road by Jack Kerouac. I really like Russian literature, too, especially Dostoyevsky. Also Angela's Ashes by Frank McCourt, John Steinbeck once in a while.

Music: everything that sounds gooooooood (i.e. made by talented people). This stretches from bluegrass to heavy metal to electronic.

Movies: Dead Poet's Society, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind (and other Charlie Kaufmann stuff), Coen brothers flicks, Die fetten Jahre sind vorbei.....
