CURRENT MISSION
To remove obstacles and make the best of this life
ABOUT ME
I laugh alot, even when I'm not supposed to.
I'm forever on the path of self-discovery so anything I say may change in validity in a week's time. I'm quite spontaneous but I also find peace in structure and clarity.
I'm a paradox on two feet, so adventurous, yes, but also shamefully lazy; it's a work in progress. I think we should try to walk a new path every day, learn new words and skills, explore new sensations.
I'm big on discussing things, practically anything. That being said I have a soft spot for languages and linguistics- related topics. I love sitting in cars, cafés and parks for hours on end talking about absolutely everything until there is nothing left to say and then sharing silence.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Because it encompasses the values I was raised with, because it's a healthier, more social and affordable way to travel, and because my journeys would not be what they are without the people I've met here.
Interests
i'm a self confessed nerd of many things. mostly languages though: i love studying them, hearing them, speaking them, analyzing them and their speakers, teaching them.
i also spent an absurd amount of time analyzing the world around me, from how leaves blow in the wind to how raindrops fall to how humans send signals with their body without knowing it. big nerd.
i'm interested in too many things to list and discuss, but hopefully some of these will be enough to start.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
A MOROCCAN WEDDING! One of the most spectacular, energetic, colorful and delicious nights of my life.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'd be thrilled to teach any language I know or to share knowledge about language learning, linguistics, or anything language related. Aside from that, I have a ton of musical and cinematic recommendations, some pointers for slacklining or dancing (mainly salsa, merengue and bachata) and I can teach you how to make pupusas and maybe two desserts - they're pretty dang good though.
I'm eager to learn several languages (try me!); would love to learn about the history of any country, movies, circus arts, photography, religion, culture. I also very much enjoy learning what makes a city or region or country magical to its inhabitants, and what makes it *it*, i.e. linguistic and cultural traits.
