Overview
About Me
I'm a 21 year-old Mexican, I live in Escuintla, Chiapas, Mexico. A small town where you hardly ever watch cars passing. I study the BA in English Language Teaching at UNACH in Tapachula (about 1 hour away from home).
Since I was a child I liked songs in English and since my secondary education I developed a great pleasure for English but not only that, I was really impressed by other languages such Italian, French, Portuguese and German etc.
Now I'm struggling with learning those languages at home or at least by watching series or movies or songs in those languages.
I see traveling as a means of stealing people their linguistic skills and their accents which is something I usually do when I talk to someone who does not speak Spanish as me.
In the future I would like to be an ambassador or translator or a teacher of linguistics at a university, but before I would like to teach English or Spanish for free to communities in Brazil or wherever God takes me to.
Something that can stop me from traveling is my mum, she's always sad about me when I leave home, you may think that's weird but Mexican mothers are like that. We usually live in the same house with our parents until we are 28 in average.
Well that's basically me.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm in CouchSurfing because a teacher of mine told me about that and then I gave it a try. I've had little experience on it but that's how we all get started.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Be 21
Teach, Learn, Share
Teaching my own language for free at a community would be one of the most rewarding experiences from me and apart from that at the same time acquire another language or dialect, that would be a linguistic exchange.
I would like to learn how to swim, sorry I don't know, how to drive in Mexico City and how to play the piano.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share with surfers a bed or a couch. A good time with my family and my brothers from whom you can learn a lot. If I'm available I can give you a tour in Tapachula or Escuintla and tell you how to get to Tuxtla Gutierrez or San Cristobal de las Casas.
