ABOUT ME

Hi everybody. My name is Salvatore (but you can call me Salvo). I am an Italian PhD student who has been living in York, England since August 2011.
My first experience with CouchSurfing goes back to roughly a few years ago and ever since I had many chances to meet beautiful people.
I have a keen interest in literature, cinema, art in general and I like shearing my knowledge with others.

PHILOSOPHY

I think one of the main things in our life is being happy (which is why I study this topic). For me, as long as you feel to be leaving a happy life you can be comfortably sure that your are quite on the right track. Of course happiness is not everything, yet it is a special ingredient for the recipe of a good life.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Surely on of the most amazing things I have done in my lifetime is moving over to England. The fact of living in another Country, meeting a new culture, learning a new language and making friends with people different from myself it has been an utterly amazing experience.
