CURRENT MISSION

I'm going to travel counting just on my backpack and my feet, and i will start from Italy, going to the east!

ABOUT ME

I'm Matteo, 25 years old guy from Italy, and i'm here to realize my dream to travel around the world! What to say? I'm a good traveler, i can adapt whit everything everywhere, and sincerely i like to do it! Generally, except for rare occasions, i don't like to do the typical holiday whit booked hotel ecc. Come on, what's better than don't know where you'll sleep after dinner? Or watch in front of you and see the horizon, knowing that your way will take you there and over there!

Finally, i should be a nice person to stay together, or at least that's the people of my life said to me!

PHILOSOPHY

Uhm, hard question, i suppose to be the typical person who live following the philosophy "live, let live, and give to your life a sense helping the others"

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I just would to "surfing" in all the country i can reach in my "one year around the world"! And obviously, if will be occasion to meet new people traveling round Italy, would be fantastic!

Absolutely, absolutely, absolutely amazing! I met here some of the greatest people that i met in my life!

Interests

I have two main interest: Travel (i know, we're in Cs, so this might seems evident!) and volunteering. Other interest: Write, build wooden objects, sometime music and another some things that don't come in my mind right now.

Music, Movies, and Books

Generally i like all the Fantastic films (The lord of the rings, Star Wars... Yes, one small piece of me it's a nerd!) and obviously there are hundreds other films i like! I like classic rock, a bit of classic punk and country music, and concerning books, i think there's no one specific writer i like, but if i must answer to this question, i suppose it would be Wilbur Smith regarding adventure's books, but i also like philosophy's books.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm an electronic engineer, so i may help whit some electrical problems, and i grew up in a carpentry, so, whit the rights tools, i can made everything whit wood. I'm also a writer, my first book is going to be published, but obviously in italian language!

And last but not least, i've a good knowledge of italian food, so i could teach some recipe!
