Overview
About Me
I'm a 20 year old university student studying Education, Spanish and English as a second language. I've spent the past 4 months studying in Granada, Spain and am spending the next month traveling around. Onward!
I love oversized sweaters, peonies, and poetry. I am a bibliophile, a tea drinker, and a sufferer of insatiable curiosity.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Couch surfing creates a community that I want to be a part of. I believe that to travel is to value another place on more than just a superficial level. I want to experience a country and culture for all that it is, and I think couch surfing provides a perfect basis for just that.

I love to write, paint, and burrow in blankets.

Music, Movies, and Books
You can almost always find me jamming to Ingrid Michaelson, Vance Joy, James Vincent McMorrow and Betty Who.
My favorite movies include anything by Wes Anderson, Shawshank Redemption, Her and, embarassingly, Big Fat Greek Wedding.
I am a voracious reader. I just finished The Vohrr by Brian Catling.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One amazing thing I've done is taught a child to read during my summer in Tanzania.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you how to say the ever important phrase 'I want ice cream' in 5 languages.
I love to learn new recipes, languages, and pretty much anything that anyone can teach me. I am an open in both mind and ears :)
I can share lots of useless information, some witty sarcasm, and a great chocolate chip cookie recipe.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share a great laugh, a nice glass of wine, and passable cooking skills.
