About Me

I recently started a 7 month trip where I plan to travel up through the majority of South America, starting in Chile and finishing off in Belize.

I love to explore new places, meet new people and party along the way! I previously volunteered for 3 months in rural Nicaragua and started learning Spanish whilst doing so! I want to build on my Spanish skills during my trip and also get stuck in with any interesting eco friendly projects along the way.

I want to hike through beautiful landscapes, explore cities and try new food & drinks with good company!!!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am hoping to stay at peoples homes during my trip so I can learn about the local people, gets tips on the best things to do and hopefully have a wicked time with my host eating and drinking lots of beautiful things!

Music, Movies, and Books

Music - Hip Hop, Reggae, DNB, House (e.g. Gang star, Desmond Decker, Max Romeo, Toots and the Maytals, Duke Dumont, Eats Everything, Julio Bashmore, Danny Byrd, Shy FX)
Books - Factual stories (currently reading Alive - about the Uruguayan rugby team)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Lived in a rural Nicaraguan village with a host family for 3 months, I washed myself & my clothes in the local stream and our home was made from compressed earth.

Teach, Learn, Share

I want to learn the best places to go and visit during my stay that the guide book does not mention! Local knowledge on where to devote my time would be great.

I am also really keen to improve my Spanish and would love the chance to practise speaking with my host.

What I Can Share with Hosts
