Hi y'all I'm Sam a kiwi, that loves to travel, constantly. I love meeting new people and have lived with many different people. I think I'm one of the few people that actually enjoys sleeping on a couch and have never actually though of doing couch surfing yet! i do still need to do the verification part on here though!

I always love a good conversation and its funny how many conversations can end up going until the late hours of the night, time slips away chatting. I also am a clean freak, so i clean when i get bored, might come home to a nice surprise!

I also cook and make some good company.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have just arrived from NZ and currently have a couple weeks in Melbourne and am currently staying at the back packers, but i am running out of money ( the one thing that always has some control over our lives), but am taking this opportunity to use my time well, and really get a feel of Melbourne before i go to my next destination. working for the next couple of weeks will defently be on the agenda too.

Interests

i love travelling, its my life. i love to socialize and meet new people, love music, love food, and love some good ol adventures, even if its going for a random bush walk just to see what you may find. or even just sitting around with a guitar and having a good ol sing and laugh.

i also love watching movies, seeing historic stuff and nature, star gazing ( no stars in melbourne ), driving, road trips and of course trying new things!

Music, Movies, and Books

i love all music especially reggae and old school hip hop and rnb, rock and try to go to as many of my fav bands live, nothing quite like seeing your fav song played right before ya!

i love comedys in the movie department, but enjoy them all, except the really gorey war movies and really over the top action destruction movies ( sometimes hollywood gets a bit carried away and loves to just destroy money)

and fav books would defently have to be something interesting that you can really take something from it, just reading anything in general is good.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

one now that's hard, I've done a few amazing things. but i like to do amazing things for people, it make them feel good and your self too

Once i flew from Perth to Wellington for a weekend all secretly, got a ride for an hour and a half to my little town Levin, just to surprise my Nana for her 80th she was so surprised and it made her so happy, so it was all worth it. and it took me a long time to get there around 24 hours all up and defently wasn't cheap. but totally worth it!!!

ohhhh and swiming in the great barrier reef was defently one of the most amazing things i have ever seen with my eyes, a little bay off Whitsunday island, you have to pass by Whitehaven beach and the hill inlet too, so no matter how long it takes to get there the views amazing the whole way! the joys of living on Hamilton Island

Teach, Learn, Share

i love to constantly learn new things and am really interested in the healthy, nutritional information, new and i have a lot to share.

really interested in the stars at the moment, learning about astronomy and astrology, self learning of course

i did study for a year and a half in the baking and cooking department so can teach a bit of basic cookery

i want to learn a bit more of other languages, little greetings and some other words in other languages, i find it very interesting, or even get some little recommendations on cool places to go next.
