Hey I'm 22 years old originally from New Zealand. I'm a professional contemporary dancer who is currently traveling around Europe after living in Sweden for the last year.
I'm kind hearted and love looking for the good in the world. Very arty and loving of life. Can be a bit quiet sometimes and dorky too but I don't think I have a bad bone in my body. Down to earth and into nature and all it's beauty! It's a pretty incredible world when you really look at it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on here to connect with locals during my travels. It would be amazing to be able to live with people who live in the cities I visit. When traveling I prefer to get a sense of the town and go a bit deeper than just the touristy sites and this would be a great way to do that. I also love meeting new people and finding out about their lives, especially when it's in a foreign country.

Honestly I'm pretty interested in everything the world has to offer. I like learning about new things and just find everything pretty fascinating. I am quite an arty person so I tend to head towards those interests but definitely not limited.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love a lot of different types of music, I swing towards more indie alternative but I also enjoy a bit of hip hop and classical and electronic and folk and ambient and maybe even a cheeky pop song or two to get you feeling good. Really anything good and right for the moment!
One of my favourite books is Way of the Peaceful Warrior by Dan Millman. I also enjoyed Ready Player One. Again quite broad with books from fiction to fantasy and yeah.
And again you guessed it, super broad with movies too! I love a good Disney flick especially Big Hero Six and Emperor's New Groove, to Quentin Tarantino, James Bond films, even real arty ones like Gummo or The Dreamers. And who can go past a good Nat Geo Documentary, or a good doco in general?
