Hi all. I'm a 27 year old, born and raised in Portland, Oregon. After graduating from college I moved back to Portland and have been working for the last 5 years in the exciting realm of capital markets research. Anyways, I recently quit my job to fulfill a need to travel the world and bought myself a 1 way ticket to Bangkok.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Mostly because I want to meet new people and experience new environments.

I enjoy meeting new people, exploring new places, hiking, reading, playing guitar, pretty much every sport, movies, and most importantly, food.

Music: mostly Hip Hop, some Classic Rock/Blues/Jazz. I'm listening to podcasts or books on tape far more often than I'm listening to music.

Movies: off the top of my head...anything Quentin Tarantino, Tucker and Dale vs Evil, Goodfellas, Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Babadook. To be honest I usually just watch whatever Netflix recommends for me :)

Books: most recently, The Windup Bird Chronicle, Ishmael, Ready Player One.
