Lost years of my life to anxiety and depression. Endless hours, days, months just napping and sleeping my life away. One day I decided to quit all my meds cold turkey, spend my last money on an airbnb in Manila to find employment, and managed to break into the data industry. All I wanted to do was build my career and climb the corporate ladder, grinding away in the office and out of working hours in my small apartment in Makati. In the same year, I ended up visiting a beautiful island in the Philippines and experienced a different way of living which eventually compelled me to turn down an offer for what I thought was my dream job, quit office/hybrid jobs entirely and go remote. Even spent some months in Malaysia with mom whom I had not seen for years and visited some friends who lived in the other end of the country. Remote work is a wonderful thing.

Data (spreadsheets, trackers, reports, dashboards, SQL, data warehousing, data modelling), digitising business data and (still learning) automation. Next thing I wanna learn more of is investing and trading.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Help with house chores. Salads and smoothies and overnight oats. Take nice pics of you in phone, instant film, or 35mm (I’ll stock up on film). Literal tea and the gossip kind. Weird/ absurd / funny intrusive thoughts that can either be construed as jokes or inappropriate and embarrassing lol if I do this, pls laugh 👉🏼👈🏼
