Typical of most of my travels, this recent trip was arranged on a whim.

I started just after Christmas and have enjoyed Finland, Hungary, Romania, Turkey, Mongolia, South Korea and Japan.

So many stories and so many delights. Some highlights have been seeing the Northern Lights up in Lapland, an impromptu ride in the back of a police car with sirens blazing on Jeju Island(no I wasn't in trouble :p), attending the PyeongChang Winter Olympics and making an appearance on a popular show on Korean TV!

Currently continuing to travel through northern Asia having a ball seeing/hearing/tasting/smelling the sights and making new friends all over. Trying not to get the two mixed up :p

It's a fantastic way to meet and greet interesting people. I find it quite fascinating the many wonderful ways we all see the same things through different eyes and cultures!

Uma Coisa Incrível que Eu Fiz

Trekked for 30 days around the Annapurna Region in Nepal. Didn't look at my mobile phone nor shower in 10 days for the longest stretch! Not sure which one was more difficult but I loved every single moment of it all.
