Overview
About Me
I'm 21 years old. I study Electrical Engineering at Purdue University, which is a big 10 school from Indiana. I am from Chicago, IL and spend a lot of time going to concerts and hanging out with my friends downtown.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm looking to learn more about local cultures and meet new people when I travel around during my study abroad semester at ETH in Zurich. I am also looking for a place to stay a few days before I can move into my student housing room.
Interests
I love music. Chicago is a great place full of awesome venues to experience new bands as well as huge name bands (Pitchfork and Lollapolooza are awesome).
I am also a big fan of sports, namely Ice Hockey and the Chicago Blackhawks.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I went down to Houston Texas to participate in the Shell Eco Marathon with the Purdue Solar Racing team. We won first place with nearly 2400 miles per gallon equivalent. It was nice being able to participate in the race with all of the teams from south america and Canada and to share experience and knowledge with all the teams from the Americas.
Teach, Learn, Share
I don't have much to share but I am always willing to learn and I have a lot of knowledge I have gotten from school and traveling. I have been to most of the states in the US and have taken several roadtrips from Chicago to LA with friends.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I would love to share music tastes and introduce people to new local music from Chicago. I am exposed to a lot of the local culture of the Midwest that I would be more than willing to share.
