I have a deep love for nature and being in the outdoors to enjoy hiking, camping, building and other activities. Another passion is off-grid building and life-style sustainability that is in harmony with nature. I am a Yoga Instructor with have a strong focus on meditation as well as a gardener.

I am a quiet, clean and mindful of others. I can adapt easily to my environments and tend to spend most of my time in places that are quiet and peaceful.

"Love is awareness" is one of my favourite sayings comes from one of my teachers as I find being a great reminder that being mindful of others and the environment is a great way to be present, loving and not taking away from the experience of others.
