ABOUT ME

Hello! I'm a 25 year old Californian living Oakland and teaching ESL to adults in SF. I love to stay active and follow spontaneous impulses. I play music (I'm an avid drummer), ride my bike, play sports, travel, and hang out with friends. I know the world is a vast and variant planet, but I strive to find the good in all places and people. I hope to meet you and continue on my happy travels.

I have couch surfed while in Taiwan and it was a great experience.

Music, Movies, and Books

A few bands I like: The Velvet Teen, Portugal. The Man, POS, KNAAN, the Fugees, Andrew Maurer, Weezer, Deer Hoof, Elvis, Ethiopiques Volumes, many more.

A couple books that stand out are Ender's Game, 1 Fish 2 Fish Red Fish Blue Fish, Siddhartha, Hour of the Star. That's more than a couple, oh well.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I snorkeled off a small island in Mexico. It was beautiful. A sea lion nearly grazed my back as it swam above me.
