About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Get to know Europe and meet new people!

ABOUT ME

I'm a student, 20 years old, Business and Economics bachelors in progress. I'm more fun than my studies make me sound. I'm fom Colombia and I've lived in Europe (the Netherlands to be specific) for a while now and loving it.
I love talking with people and getting to know them, we can talk about politics or even your breakfast, you just name it :)
More about me?? I'm just trying to have a good time while discovering new things along the way.

PHILOSOPHY

If you have never done something do it so you learn how it's done.
Keep a positive view of life (but keep it real). This doesn't mean seeing flowers where shit is, it means knowing that shit can make flowers grow.
Love it when you live it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'll stick by the rules of your place and I expect the same from you. I'll be more than happy to tell you about Colombia and the places I've been, the things that I've seen... I haven't traveled that much but I'll make sure the story I'm telling you is exciting enough.
I'm kind of new to this so for now I'm just couch surfing and giving the best feedback I can. I know I have no rep whatsoever, so help me start!!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

In the past my sister and I had some people from another service (Hospitality Club). Back in Colombia we had people from France, Argentina and Chile. Showing Bogotá to them and talking to them was really cool and I enjoyed it. Lately I haven't been active because of my study.

Interests

I like a lot experiencing new things, I like to try (almost) everything at least once. Traveling is really important to me since it's the best way for me to learn about myself and the world (and also trying new things becomes something you do everyday).
I like arts, specially music, though I don't consider myself the kind of "artsy person", I can enjoy a lot a visit to a museum as a wild party (and even more going to a museum and then to a party).
I love good shows too... Breaking Bad, Mad Men, Dexter, How I Met Your Mother and the Office are my favorite shows right now. I can also enjoy a good movie or make fun or a bad one.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: Memento, City of God, Fight Club, American History X, Gattaca, Inglorious Basterds, Amores Perros... really huge list.
Music: Sublime, Streetlight Manifesto, Arctic Monkeys, The Libetines, Calle 13,... (this list would be HUGE cause I'm always looking for new bands).
Books: 100 years of solitude, Blindness, Rayuela (this wouldn't be that huge, I read a lot more short stories).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A three colored sky while sailing in the middle of the Amazonas. Amazing.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you how to make a delicious dish of pasta with chiken and it's sooo simple and sooo good. Spanish as well.
Mainly I think we can share a lot of music and movies related knowledge!
