ABOUT ME

Hello, very glad to know that you are browsing my profile.

[I came from Hong Kong, a city with mixing culture of eastern and western countries. I was an engineer in Hong Kong. In this year, I would like to have a new challenge, to travel and working in Europe (Germany).

Petty different experience for me. Before I came in Germany, the image of German and Germany is discipline, punctual and highly cleanness. In fact, after I stayed for a wait, I feel that they are friendly, nice and helpful. I am attending the German course (Deutsch Kurs). My classmates are coming from different countries. We have different culture styles, very good for me to have an chance to meeting with them.

I will continue to explore in Germany and Europe. Time is limited in a life. ]

I have finished my journey in Europe. I am very surprised I can complete it. I am glad to meet a lot of friends during the trip. That is memorable in my life, written a important page in my heart. Thanks for your support and encouragement. Now, I am in Hong Kong to start another chapter.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I knew what is couchsurfing from my kind friends from Berlin. My first feeling is that is it safe? Later, when I met CS hosts, I knew it is no longer a question any more. Because they are very nice.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I met a lot of hosts with honest and sincere mind. I am really enjoyed to talk with them. They gave me a lot of advices and inspired me a lot of new concepts. Awesome!

Fied Tomato with Egg.
【lngredients】:
2 tomatoes, 4 eggs, mixed sauce: ketchup, sugar, soy sauce

To make a cross to the skin of tomatoes.
To boil water.
To put tomatoes into boil water for 1-2 minutes for easier ways to take away the skin of tomatoes.
After take away the skin of tomatoes, to chop all tomatoes into small pieces.

To stir the eggs with adding suitable amount of pepper and salt (personal preference)
To make scrambled eggs, not to be over cooked, still in semi liquid and solid state.
To fry the chopped tomatoes with a mixed sauce for one to two minutes.
To add eggs into tomatos and then turn off the fire.
