About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To learn more, in architecture and urbanism, with sustainability concept guiding it. Seeing and doing good shows, drinking some, eating good, talking and meeting all kind of people.

ABOUT ME

I'm an Architect and a part-time musician (the kind that spend more then earn money from it). I was born and live in Campo Grande, and i work at IPHAN (National Artistic and Historical Heritage Institute). I used to play in rock bands when younger, now i do some DJing to keep the music flowing. I enjoy culture and art in its many forms, and so urban planning and related public policy, and i'm very open minded, i guess.
Currently i participate in some urban and culture policy council in my town.
I live with my wife and our pets (a dog and a cat) in a nice condo, with a spare bedroom.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

At first, i've mostly took CSers to drink, since i was living in my parents house and was hard to host people there. My sister hosted people in my bedroom when i was travelling, and now or then we've met some CSers beeing hosted by friends. Since i moved out, we hosted some people from France, Colombia, Germany, Poland and Brazil, but not as much as we would like, since we like to be good hosts, calling friends and going out or doing some party/dinner in the apartment and it's hard to manage our time with work and other appointments.

Interests

Arts, music, cinema, architecture, urban planning, cities, cultural heritage, public policy, talking and meeting new people, getting to know new places, parks, public transportation, acessibility, culture, pop culture, cooking for friends, laughing, eating good (or interesting) food, drinking good drinks (beers and wine, mostly).
