ABOUT ME

We are Kiwis, we've been travelling around the world for the last 4 years. We did our OE through Europe on a UK visa in 2008/2009, NZ seemed too small when we got back so after talking to friends we googled Perth, decided it looked alright, jumped on a plane and here we are! Loving WA styles :)

We have lived in Scotland & England and intended to try Ireland too but then the GFC hit and now we are beyond our shelf life for a visa :( Will definitely end up in Ireland for a look around though - any suggestions for places to see gratefully appreciated!

Greece, Prague and Thailand have been amazing destinations so far, since beginning our travels and talking to people definitely want to go to Croatia and Cambodia soon also. We love meeting new people and sharing experiences and learning new facts about random countries.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is easier without drama. Be open minded and you might learn something!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We have loved hosting CS'ers in NZ and enjoyed CS events in Edinburgh and Derby. We had our first couch experience overseas in February 2009 which was amazing!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Met mint groups of CS'ers in Derby and Edinburgh - helping no mates Nigels across the land! Hosted lovely travellers of all nationalities while being back in NZ in 2009.

We can't wait to meet the Perth CS group and get out and about in WA. Sounds like some awesome times to be had here!
