I'm an expat running away from America. I spent a year and a half living in China... and now I'm traveling for the next year. I'm taking a break from the rat race to see the world, and hopefully figure out how to travel for even longer.

Before I stopped working to travel, I was a shoe designer. I'm also a visual artist, I draw portraits and figures.

I love being active, I like hiking, snowboarding, white water rafting, running and thrill seeking sports.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

I hate getting caught in the tourist trap. When I travel places, I like to hang with locals in the local spots and eat local food. I find it easiest to do that in places like homestays, workaways and couch surfing. Although I've only ever couch surfed with friends, I'm down to give this a try.
