Overview
About Me
I'm a PhD student in Ecology & Evolutionary biology, with a focus on bird behavior. I've traveled a lot through field jobs and school, and love to get outside whenever I can. I have a husky mix named Piper who is a great road tripping buddy. I grew up in California, and went to school in Oregon, Florida, and now New Orleans.
I'm graduating in the spring, so stay pretty busy writing my dissertation (and if/when I'm not, I probably should be). For this reason, I am more likely to accept surfers for short stays (1-2 nights) and when I don't have any important deadlines around the time of the stay. It is also important to me that people that request to stay with me show that they have taken the time to read my entire profile.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Teach, Learn, Share
