Hello! I am a graduate student at the London School of Economics, pursuing a Masters Degree in International Development. I'm originally from Anchorage, Alaska. I absolutely love to travel! I have crossed 15 countries off my bucket list so far but I'm always adding more. I lived for a year in St. Petersburg Russia so I'm conversationally proficient in Russian. My hobbies include dance, photography, cooking (I love to try new recipes!), reading, and exploring new places. I'm very neat and organized and I love to meet new people and experience new cultures!

My favorite fiction authors are Shakespeare, F. Scott Fitzgerald, and Isabelle Allende. My favorite childhood books are Alice in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass. Currently I read mostly nonfiction books about behavioral economics and international development by economists such as Dan Ariely and Richard Thaler. I love action movies and musicals. My musical tastes are fairly eclectic but I gravitate towards indie/jazz music.
