Hey hey! I'm Samantha but my friends call me Sam or SamBam! I have been travelling for the last 6 months.... starting in USA For two weeks, then Central America then Colombia, back to the USA, Lisbon in Portugal, London and finally the Netherlands.

I'm a very positive person and prefer to experience authentic and local type things rather than the tourist things. I have been to Europe before and I have seen all the tourist attractions. Now it's time to learn the local knowledge and culture.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am couchsurfing so I can meet locals and experience places for what they are - I love to go off the grid and not travel where the tourists go. I like to see it how the locals do!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I hiked 6 hours up a Volcano, camped and watched a volcano erupt in the distance then hiked down the next day.

I've worked with plant medicine in Minca, Colombia. Mainly Ayahuasca and Kambo.
