I am new to CouchSurfing and am really excited to support this community. I am a geography, history and theory of knowledge teacher in Switzerland. My family and I have lived all over the world and are a mix of cultures and personalities. My husband works in Tanzania in development and my two kids are between 10 and 14.

We are very active as a family and like to climb, hike and snowboard every weekend depending on the season. We have hosted people before but informally and our philosophy fits the saying better a longer table than a taller fence.
