Hey! Im Sam, I'm fun loving canadian I'm born and raised on Vancouver Island on the gorgeous west coast of canada! I've been lucky enough to call the PNW as my backyard which is full of Hiking, mountain biking, the best swimming spots, and beaches! For the last 3 years ive been working on a private island in Desolation Sounds, its a breathtaking channel of islands in between Vancouver Island and the Mainland. Im a housekeeper and nanny for a very wealthy couple from the US. As you can tell by my occupation I very clean person and outstanding with kids as i also have 2 young sisters. I will be more than happy to trade my skills for accommodation.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I chose Couchsurfing for my trip to iceland 1) To get to know the people who live in iceland. I have heard from tons of people who have travelled to iceland that the locals are AMAZING. Using couchsurfing I thought that it would be a great way to get to meet some awesome people. 2) to cut accommodation down in my budget.
