About Me
Hey,
I'm Sam, a history student in Hamburg, Germany.
Before I choose to move to Hamburg, i lived in Cologne, wich I always would call my home town, even though I spent six years of my childhood in Quito,Ecuador.
Now I've been living in Hamburg for almost four years and almost finished with University.
My favourite things to do when I don't have to study or work (I sell coffee at a pretty popular coffee shop) are dancing!! I take dance classes ( mainly jazzdance) 8-12 hours a week and it's just something that makes me happy. I love to read and write and watch movies, hang out with friends and eat A LOT of ice cream. I also love some evenings with some wine or beer and partying(more dancing whoohoo!) with nice people.
I grew up in a pretty big city ,so I'm used to have a lot of opportunities but I still love the Nature and to go hiking.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm here to meet new people from other countries from other cultures or just to make some new friends.
I always loved traveling and for me thats just an opportunity to travel in a different way and help other so travel and to get to know my city.
If I get to host you I will try to show you all the cool places here in Hamburg. Together with my Flatmate Yannick(and his account) I already hosted some people.

One of my favourite books is The Humans by Matt Haig. It's wonderful. Its all about loving your live but also funny and just one of the best books I've read.
I grew up with Harry Potter so I'm really a Potterhead. I also love "Die Eleganz des Igels". The origanl title is "L'Élégance du hérisson". I had to laugh almost had to cry. Also a great book!
