I was born and raised in South Carolina, spent a few years in Maryland and now I call Atlanta home. I share my home with a miniature poodle named Shakespeare, and I am also the happy pet parent of a corn snake named Sarah Mildred (she is not currently staying with me).

I am a Montessori teacher by profession. It is the most amazing "job" I could have ever asked for. Every day is a new adventure, and I love it. I have worked with a lot of different ages, but I am currently teaching 4th - 6th grade.

Other than that, I like to: read, play the piano, binge watch netflix and save up for my next vacay.

I was recently introduced to couch surfing by a friend who only had amazing things to say about it. I am checking off a few countries this year and this seemed like a great way to connect with people globally.

I really love to learn. I know, it is very cheesy. Museums, symphonies, concerts, etc are all up my alley.

音乐、电影和书籍

Wide variety of tastes in music - I tend to be a lyric person, but I love an enchanting melody.

Movies - eh, I will usually watch whatever is on.

Books - lately it has been historical fiction. Book choices are all over the place too, thanks to book club!
