ABOUT ME

Well, I like the beach, but only in the winter. I love snow and cold weather and all year round no matter what the temperature is, yes, I will be wearing a sweatshirt and flip flops. I love my dog, Abbey, and couldn't imagine my life without her adventuring right along with me. I have dreams of traveling the world, having most recently taken my first solo trip out of the country and went to Iceland. What an amazing adventure that was and am looking forward to the next! Helping others is something that is an inherent part of my character and educating others about personal wellness and taking a more holistic approach to health is something I have a deep passion for and find myself constantly working on in my own life as well. I recently in the past couple of years have begun practicing mindful meditation which has helped me to understand myself and life on a much deeper level which has been fun to discover. I can be incredibly impulsive, but also quite reserved which may confuse some... but hey, that's me.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've couch surfed once and I can say that it was a great experience! I would do it again.

Interests

I love nature and pretty much anything outdoors. Hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, landscape photography, crafting/sewing, hosting events, walking along the beach (in the winter of course) are all things I take part in regularly and love.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all books by Tom Robbins. While I enjoy all kinds of music, if I had to pick a genre it would be folk. My favorite artist is Ray LaMontagne.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Skydiving was the greatest adventure I've had in my life thus far but I'm always up for new adventures!
