About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Getting rich and famous and lots of chicks.

ABOUT ME

I'm a vegan ( but don't be afraid, I won't try to missionise you ;))l, occasionally caught between rationality and childishness, sometimes outgoing and sometimes shy.
I'm not quite sure what other things would be important to write down here :D
so...
I love almost every animal and I really like playing the piano or other instruments or singing or just dancing and acting as if would be singing...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm going to move to Padova for one semester and I don't know any damn soul there yet.
I would be glad to meet people to hang out with and maybe, hopefully become friends :)
Also, I still haven't found a place to stay which is why I'm looking for short-term as well as long-term accommodation.
I'm used to living in shared flats with people that are interested in sharing not only their living space but also their lives together and I would be happy to find something like that again.
If you are looking for a flatmate or know someone who is, feel welcome to text me.

Interests

people, music, art, FOOD, history, books, cognitive science (it's what I'm studying), languages, politics, hiking ...

Music, Movies, and Books

I love very different kinds of music. I think that there is so much good stuff out there that it would be absolutely foolish to confine oneself to only one genre.
I listen to a lot of Rockmusik ( Psychedelic, Progressive, Post Rock), Gothic/ Wave (like The Cure or Siouxsie and the Banshees), Indie (but not that shitty Pop-feel-good-plastic-fast-shout-stuff), Punk, Electronic (especially for dancing), Goa, Jazz, Classic (yeeees I love Debussy, Ravel, Chopin or Beethoven) and sometimes even Metal ( Black, Death or Heavy Metal).

And books... I like the way Max Frisch writes although it makes me kind of depressive so I can't read it too often. And Erich Käster. And poems by Mascha Kaléko. And Martha Grimes is also a good writer.
Moreover: Jonas Jonasson, Edith Södergran, Knut Hamsun, Walter Moers, Terry Pratchett, Juli Zeh, Stieg Larsson, Hermann Hesse,...

I'm not so into movies but I like cartoons like rick and morty or adventure time

Teach, Learn, Share

In a society of growing individualism and anonymity I think it is important to consciously stay open for personal encounters and the possibility of changing one's own world view and prejudices.
I believe that any kind of experience, may it be beautiful or unpleasant provides an opportunity to learn.
