I'm an animal lover who dreams of traveling. I've been vicariously living through the stories of surfers passing through as travel isn't feasible for me at the moment.

I'm currently living in a 3 bedroom house with my fiance, two dogs and a bird. I enjoy photography, music, travel, arts & crafts and other weird things.

I am a clean and easy going individual. I like my solitude but I also enjoy spending time with other like minded individuals. I like to travel; to experience the culture and people rather than sight see, although that's fun too.

I am an outdoorsy person and enjoy spending time in nature. I get a long well with almost everyone.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

In October of 2014 I made a cross-country move from Ottawa, Ontario to Calgary, Alberta. I remembered my friend had mentioned to me that there was this awesome site where people would host travelers passing through and so I came to Couchsurfing. I met a lot of really amazing people along the way and now I would like to return the favor by being able to help other travelers who are passing through before setting off on my next adventure!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I packed up everything of value into my Nissan Xtrail and moved across the country with no game plan. And I succeeding in building a life before heading back across the country.

I'm sure between my fiance and I, we can offer some guidance on sightseeing around the city or good nature spots in the surrounding areas.

I also enjoy learning about almost anything so if you have something you'd like to share, I'm game!
