I'm an eternal optimist when it comes to other people and their motives. I've found that a positive view of others keeps me happier

I've been working mostly contract theatre/art gigs since graduating college, but I've got a fair amount of experience working with minors with physical and developmental disabilities.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have surfed in Sunderland, England; Cardiff, Wales; Belfast, Northern Ireland; Glasgow, Scotland; Sarlat, France; Bordeaux, France; Paris, France (x3); La Chapelle St Martin au Plaine, France... And I'm on the constant lookout for more couches. (I much prefer to meet new people and make dinner then staying as an anonymous backpacker in a hostel.)

I am in Amsterdam Schipol Airport about to fly home from a three month tour through The UK/Europe. I'm looking forward to getting my act together to host back home!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've always had an open door, open couch, policy towards life. I'm always game to help someone when they ask, so I've had my fair share or people crashing on my couches for various amounts of time. I'm ready to try out some now too.

Cooking and baking. Being American I have a pretty wide range of food interests...

I'm not the best with languages, but I would love to learn. On the flip side I have almost infinite patience for others' communication and I would love to help you brush up on your English too.

I can rock out a critical analysis and give my grounded (or completely ungrounded) opinion on many things. It's all about the argument and negotiation of a situation.
