ABOUT ME

Hello! I'm easy-going, friendly and love travelling just like you do. I grew up in Singapore, and lived in London for 3 years while attending university. Now I work in a backpackers hostel in Singapore and travel around Asia as often as I can without losing my job :D

I spend my extra time backpacking, slacklining, brewing coffee, and playing the ukulele even though I am horrible at it. I used to do Wushu (chinese martial arts), but those days are long gone :P

Generally, partying is not my scene. I prefer having sober fun, genuine conversations, and fully immersing myself in my surroundings.

Instead of collecting souvenirs when I travel, I do a cartwheel photo in every city that I visit, and currently have 70 in my collection.

Trying authentic local food from all over the world.
Learning new sports (currently into slacklining).

Outdoor activities - hiking, kayaking, or cycling.
I have been very interested in trying stand up paddling, but haven't had the chance to yet.

Music:
I absolutely love Indie/Folk/Deep house, but I also enjoy good catchy oldies or anything that's currently popular on the radio.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Completing a 4-hours hike up Mount Sinai in Egypt and watching the sunrise from the peak!

Teach, Learn, Share

If you're interested in learning some Singlish - Singaporean English, I'll be happy to teach you (lah). It's a very unique, funny and efficient language!

I'm very obsessed with slacklining right now, so I'll probably bring it along when I travel and would love to share the sport with you!
