ABOUT ME

Heya
I am currently on my big OE in Europe and am wanting to do as much travelling as possible. I am here as a uni exchange student from University of Otago in Dunedin NZ. I spent one semester in Tuebingen, Germany and now I am at uni in Dublin, Ireland. I study Medicine in NZ but am having a year off and have started a Bachelor of Arts degree as part of my exchange.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have only had a few couchsurfing experiences and at the moment only with surfing as I am unable to host anyone in my student accommodation. My surfing experiences so far have been great. I am happy show people around Dublin and if anyone is planning on coming to NZ in 2013 I would be more than happy to host.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am yet to host anyone but have been hosted by some awesome people. I hope to be more involved in cs once I finish my backpacking trip and have a fixed abode!

Music, Movies, and Books

Books: trying to think of the last few decent books I have read. Life of Pi, The Finkler Question, Amsterdam.
Movies: fairly easy to please. Esp. enjoyed In Bruges and Snatch so I guess I prefer more of the dark comedy type.
Music: grew up classically trained but like all types.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Witnessed the 1995 Mt. Ruapehu volcanic eruption in the North Island, NZ. Granted I was only 5 at the time but I do remember it!
