I am currently living and working in Sydney Australia and trying to save some money to go travelling again.

I am 30 and work as a Civil Engineer! I have lived in NZ for 5 years before moving to Australia. I am very active I like to go to the gym, run in the hills, ski in the winter, surf in the summer, hike, camp and play football.

Some nice weather, the beach, exercise and a few beers is my idea of an awesome day!

I have couch surfed a few times through the website but mostly I have relied on friends I have met over the years when I am away, so I know how much better it is to have a local show you around especially if you are short on time.

So I guess I am here to help and be helped!

Intereses

I am interested in most sports and play soccer regularly. I like to be active what ever the weather. I like live music and go to gigs when possible. I also enjoy reading.

Música, películas y libros

I am currently chewing my way through War and Peace. I have recently been reading whatever is $1 on kindle books! My favorite authors would be: Simon Scarrow, Brandon Sanderson, Rob J Hayes, Steven Saylor, Bernard Cornwell, S.J Parris and George R. R. Martin. Not sure what my favourite film is but TV series is The Wire although I do constantly quote Brooklyn 99 and my Favorite band are either Blink or Hundred Reasons.

I volunteered in the Solomon Islands for 4 months which was an amazing experience. The wreck diving over there is awesome.

Enseña, aprende, comparte

I would love to speak another language fluently, I studied French and German at school but never really used it. I worked in Italy and picked up a bit of the tongue but I was only there for 4 months. I recently did a 10 week course in Spainish and I am hoping to continue to learn.
