Music, Movies, and Books
To fly, we have to have resistance.
(Maya Lin)

An individual has not started living until he can rise above the narrow confines of his individualistic concerns to the broader concerns of all humanity.
(Martin Luther King, Jr.)
Fashion is a form of ugliness so intolerable that we have to alter it every six months. (Oscar Wilde)
Experience is simply the name we give our mistakes.
(Oscar Wilde )
Perhaps one has to be older before one learns to be amused rather than shocked.
(Pearl S. Buck)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Playing guitar in the Beijing subway. Climbing a hill 4AM in Tikal (Guatemala)that turned out to be a temple and hear the jungle wake up. Getting my ass kicked playing football (soccer) with local kids in Salar de Uyuni (Bolivia) at an altitude of 5500 m :)

What I Can Share with Hosts
We've literally just moved into a new courtyard hutong house right downtown hipster town next to the micro-breweries (guloudajie subway line 2, the historic old drum tower). We are still in the process of fixing it but there is a sofa to crash and it's got a roof, kitchen and bathroom. Depending on the days there might be a room available (one person living there half-time). There might (and should) be bikes available.
