ABOUT ME

Looking forward to meeting a young and enthusiastic couple? Feel free to contact us! After living and hosting in Leuven, we moved back to Antwerp, the city where we studied and lived already for 5 years.
We love to host Couchsurfers here!

We are open minded, want to see the world and meet many different people through, amongst others, couch surfing.

A little bit more about ourselves:
We were both born in Geel in Flanders, the Dutch speaking part of Belgium, and studied in Antwerp and Leuven. We got married in 2014!

Kris, 29, studied Communication, Marketing and Languages (English & French). Now: working at the communications department of an Antwerp hospital.
Interests: reading, surfing on the web, drawing, photoshop, music, swimming (I'm also a lifeguard and offer swimming lessons to children)

Sam: 29: Musician, Drummer, Percussionist, Composer. Studied at the Antwerp & Leuven Conservatory. Made short percussion movies for Belgian TV, also on YouTube (check Sam Gevers).
Interests: playing and writing music in general, touring with my band 'Percussive', going to concerts, movies and parties, travelling, offering drumming lessons, making fun with my friends, strawberries,...

As a host it's great to have people from all over the world at your place.
We try to treat our guests as we are treated ourselves when travelling which was great!!! :))

While traveling it's great to meet locals. Thanks to CS we were able to meet people and see things that a regular tourist will never do.

We stayed with so many wonderful people and love to host people ourselves! We are looking forward to our next Couchsurfing request! In our parents house we hosted a few people from Spain, Greece, Denmark and Wiscounsin - although not through Couchsurfing.

Together we drove over 6000 miles from the East to the West coast in the USA.

As a musician, Sam can teach you how to play drums, piano, how to read or write music.
Kris can learn you some swimming techniques, and how to paint!

We love to learn anything, about cultures, arts, languages, just name it...
