About Me
CURRENT MISSION
live life and have no regrets
ABOUT ME
First and foremost you can learn more about me by what others say, so the references section is probably a better starting point, oh well...
I'm addicted to music. I love rock climbing and going to the gym. I'm a uni student studying maths (I know, probably still a virgin) and psychology (I know, probably insane) and am about to transfer into medicine (I know, my new year's resolution is always to avoid paying back my student loan). I love Latin American Dancing and not being the first to pull away from a hug. I've recently spent 9 months in Berlin and am back home, but missing international culture. I've recently been learning Parkour and want to start Kite Surfing more often. I love drinking games, talking to randoms and massage trains. I had dreadlocks for a year and never smoked pot. I've been arrested for walking naked through a 5-star hotel and along a main canal in Venice with some good mates, luckily the Italians didn't catch us on our second naked adventure in their ski slopes. I love challenge and controversy. I love unique experiences. This is my only life, the only one I've got, and I want to look back on my life, as an old man, harbouring no regrets.
I'm up for (almost) any kind of crazy experiences, because in my opinion, when you're in another country you can't just do the ordinary. That would be both boring and disappointing.
PHILOSOPHY
I'll always be developing this...
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I've only hosted, but am spending a few months in South America - I can afford to live in hostels while I'm here, but would love to meet more people!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've hosted ~25 people on Couchsurfing so far, mostly europeans (I miss europe a lot). All but a couple of my experiences were very positive, and I learnt something from the average experiences - so couchsurfing's been great for me in every way!

Music, Movies, and Books
movies: anything decent, love action, comedy and movies that make me think. My dad looks like Bruce Willis, so anything with him in it is awesome - there's nothing like sitting down with some popcorn and watching dad kick ass in Die Hard...
So action = the rock, die hard, taken, terminator, matrix, etc
comedy = love actually, four weddings and a funeral, hangover, etc
arthouse movies = fight club, requiem for a dream, donnie darko, hard candy, V for Vendetta, A Beautiful Mind, American Beauty, etc
Music = Queens of the stone age, porcupine tree, karnivool, butterfly effect, tool, powderfinger, 30 seconds to mars, radiohead, arctic monkeys, beatsteaks, foo fighters, bernard fanning, eskimo joe, bloc party, red hot chili peppers, nine inch nails, peter fox, something for kate, deftones, john butler trio, empire of the sun, fat freddy's drop, the strokes, interpol, gomez, gotye, linkin park, jeff buckley, kings of leon, sting, the rapture, placebo, rage against the machine, cat empire, the killers, a perfect circleetc
Books: umm, anything very well written (martin amis, steven erikson, richard dawkins, patrick rothfuss), anything that'll take my mind off things (generally fantasy books, feist, pratchett, salvatore, etc), the odd fiction novel (nick hornby, matthew reilly, etc) and the odd biography (scar tissue, it's not about the bike, etc)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Spent thirty days with a bunch of exchangers from various places in the world on a tour of europe, seeing the places, and most importantly, living the places with this amazing group. It's what makes me want to meet more people from the world. Only 10% of the tour was about the places I went to, for me, 90% of it was all about the people.
Teach, Learn, Share
something I want to learn: anything cool to do with the body (such as cartwheels, walking on your hands, etc). I really wanna learn more Parkour!
Something I can teach: I've always loved latin american dancing (cha cha, jive etc). I can probably teach you some aussie drinking games too. I've done a little Parkour so I'd happily show some of that as well!
Countries I’ve Visited
Nepal, United States
Countries I’ve Lived In
Australia, Germany
