Hi !

I'm Samia, born and raised in Paris, France. I'm 22 years old and currently taking a gap year to explore Australia before I go back to finish my studies.
I've been in Melbourne for 4 months and in Sydney for 5 weeks and it was absolutly amazing !
Now I'm travelling up the East Coast, from Sydney to Cairns. I don't have any fixed plans, I'm just going with the flow haha :)

I've been travelling for 2 weeks with my best friend but she just left to go back to France so I want to try couchsurfing to meet new people and make some friends.

If you want to know more about me : I'm pretty easy going, always looking on the bright side of things, with the smile on.
What I usually like to do on my free time would be to just hang out with my friends, having a nice time, laughing, getting food and chill together.

I have a cat back home, so animals are more than welcomed in my heart.
My friends would describe me as a funny and loving person, which I try to be as much as possible.

I don't smoke and I'm usually in bed by 9/10pm as I will be exploring the area all day long.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've never had the chance to experience couchsurfing, and as I will be travelling solo for more than 6 weeks, I feel like this is the perfect time to try !
I had the chance to meet great people since I arrived in Australia and I can't wait to meet new people on my way to Cairns.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I would say going on roadtrips almost every weekend for 4 months in the state of Victoria. I got to see such magnificent landscapes which were breathtaking and now I live to see more of these.

What I Can Share with Hosts

What I want to share with my hosts is the memories I got on my way. I love cooking so sharing a meal with my hosts will be a pleasure and a nice way to get to know eachother.
