Moved to to London, UK in September 2015 to begin my masters programme. I look forward to going through Europe during my spare time and am looking to couch surf wherever possible to experience the local way of life. I'm looking to challenge the way I think by seeing new perspectives and hearing other peoples stories they have to share

Start meeting awesome people travelling through North America and wanting to see what Ottawa has to offer! I'd love the chance to show anyone who comes to Canada's capital the key local tips and tricks, and show Ottawa's best places.

Fascinated by different cultures and practices, and the unique story each individual has. My first experience with Couchsurfing was hosting a German international student travelling through Canada (hosted through my roommate)

Intereses

I'm passionate about Canadian politics and international affairs and diplomacy. I like spending my free time hanging out with friends, being active, and exploring my own city and meeting different people and understanding their journey's in life. I hope to continue to get to meet new people, learn about their way of life and hear their stories and perspectives.

I'm into sports; baseball, soccer, basketball, squash, golf, & winter sports. I'm always up for a day out in the sun, enjoying the green space around us, or trying something new that i haven't tried before! I like challenging myself because thats the only way we can learn more about us and how far we can go!

Música, películas y libros

Always interested in thrillers, comedies and drama's for movies and books. Some of my favorite movies include The Sum of All Fears, Valkyrie, Ronin, Mission Impossible. Favorite TV Shows include the Newsroom, West Wing, Game of Thrones, Community, Friends, Homeland, Madam Secretary, Downton Abbey the list goes on and on. An avid fan of Indian cinema as well.

Music; J-Cole, Kanye, Nas, Jay Z, Bollywood music. Basically, i'm still trying to find my roots in music and am always willing to listen to something new!

As for books, I try my best to read adventure and spy novels as much as I can, but have been increasing captivated by historical books and books rooted in politics.

Got lost walking around in the Hague, nearly missing my flight out of Amsterdam. After touring the city's international courts and justice sector, I had set out to find Hague Centraal station, only to realize that I had wondered 2 hours away from it. What ensued was finding myself in the midst of a forest in the Hague, walking through it for two hours hoping to find the city centre. Eventually I did.
