Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm spending this summer traveling around Europe and could not possibly afford to stay in hostels every night. In addition to couchsurfing i am staying with friends or family here or there, doing work exchange via workaway.info and sleeping outdoors in my hammock.

Couchsurfing is also a great way to explore cities in a non tourist fashion and to make new friends that will hopefully want to come visit me in Michigan!

Music, Movies, and Books

I really like different types of rock and roll, dreampop and post punk especially. I wish i knew more about the electronic music i enjoy hearing. I started out with hip hop. And i'm curious/like many types of other music too.

Books are great! Right now i'm reading The Jungle by Upton Sinclair. Reading the Lord of the Rings trilogy as a young teen changed the trajectory of my life.
